Three ways to reach ION INDIA about LUXGEN

Phone and WhatsApp

+91 85508 38383

The support line for every LUXGEN product. The same number takes WhatsApp messages; DraQua lists it as the fastest route for product help and installation guidance, so a photo of the housing or the cartridge you are asking about can go straight to it.

Email

info@draqua.online

For anything that needs a written record: a specification query, a correction to this site, a warranty question with the invoice attached. DraQua's stated reply time is 24 hours.

Address

ION INDIA LIMITED
Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India

The company's manufacturing and management office is in Hosur. There is no LUXGEN showroom, service centre or walk-in counter, so there is nowhere to visit; the phone and email above are the routes. The full street address is on the DraQua contact page.

Orders, order status and returns: DraQua

Every LUXGEN order is placed on DraQua, the official online store of ION INDIA LIMITED, so anything about an order lives there: status, tracking, an invoice, a return. Use the DraQua contact page or the order account on draqua.online; the shipping policy sets out dispatch and delivery times. This site has no cart and holds no order records.

What to have ready

Most questions are answered in one reply when these details come with the first message.

For a spare part:

  • The purifier's make and model, and whether the housing is Branded-Fit or Universal-Fit.
  • The length of the cartridge you are replacing and the type of cap on the housing: a 9-inch candle and a 10-inch cartridge fit different caps.
  • Your feed-water TDS reading, if you have a meter; the measuring guide says how to take one that means something.
  • A photo of the existing cartridge or housing, on WhatsApp.

For a purifier problem:

  • The model and SKU (on the product page and the packaging), when it was installed, and when the cartridges were last changed.
  • What it is doing: slow flow, a leak, a taste, a tank that will not fill. The troubleshooting guides cover the cheap causes first, so what you have already ruled out is useful.
  • Feed and output TDS, if you can measure them; the RO output TDS guide says what the two numbers should look like.

For a warranty claim on a purifier: the invoice and the serial number. The three purifiers carry a one-year manufacturer warranty on manufacturing defects in electrical and electronic parts; filters, membranes and consumables are not covered. The installation and service page sets out the route.

For distribution, institutional or OEM enquiries: those go to the company rather than the brand, through the ION INDIA LIMITED contact page.

Installation and service

LUXGEN has no technicians of its own and no service centres. Installation, where it is needed, is arranged through a pan-India third-party network via DraQua, and most of what keeps a purifier running is a cartridge you change yourself. If a technician is needed, the installation and service page says who turns up, what they do and what is yours to handle.
