How it actually works, in four lines
LUXGEN is a brand of ION INDIA LIMITED, Hosur, Tamil Nadu. It has no showrooms, no service centres and no technicians of its own anywhere in India, and nobody employed by LUXGEN will come to your home. Here is the whole arrangement.
- The products ship from DraQua. Every purifier and every spare on this site is sold on draqua.online, ION INDIA LIMITED's own store, and shipped across India from there.
- Installation is arranged through a pan-India third-party service network. The person who fits the purifier works for that network, not for LUXGEN.
- LUXGEN covers the product: a one-year manufacturer warranty on each purifier, and the spare parts, listed here and sold at the listed price.
- You cover the routine: the cartridge changes, the TDS log, the tank clean. That is most of what an RO purifier ever needs.
If a listing, a technician or a page anywhere tells you LUXGEN has its own local team, service centre or installers, it is wrong. This page is the reference.
Where the products come from
Orders are placed on DraQua and dispatched from Hosur, Tamil Nadu. DraQua's shipping policy is the document that governs it: at the time of writing it says orders are processed within one to two business days and delivered within three to seven business days depending on location, that any shipping charge is shown at checkout, and that tracking details are shared once the order ships. Those are DraQua's terms, and if they change, that page changes first.
The same route carries the consumables. A sediment cartridge at ₹190 or a carbon cartridge at ₹220 ships the same way as a purifier, which matters because those two parts are what you will order most often. The replacement cost guide lists every part with its price and interval, and the product pages say which fits your housing.
Installation: who comes, and what they do
When you buy a purifier, installation is arranged through a pan-India third-party service network. It is arranged through DraQua: the contact route at the end of this page is where to ask for it, and where to ask what, if anything, the visit costs. This site does not quote an installation charge, because it is not LUXGEN's figure to quote.
The installer is a technician who fits water purifiers for a living, usually of many makes. They are not LUXGEN staff and do not represent LUXGEN, and they may offer parts of their own. That last point is worth knowing: if a part is offered on the day, compare its price with the product page here before agreeing, since a technician's part can be marked up well beyond the listed price, which the service vs DIY guide explains.
What a correct install includes is the same whoever does it: an isolating tap on the cold line, the pre-filter bowl mounted with room to open it, quarter-inch tubing cut square and pushed home, the drain line falling to an air gap, the adapter mounted dry and high, the right membrane for the pump and the feed, and a first tankful run to drain. Then the day-one readings, feed and output TDS, written on the housing with the date. The installation checklist goes through each of these and what to check before the technician leaves. Read it before the visit: everything on it takes a minute to check while someone is still standing there, and a return visit to put it right later.
What LUXGEN covers: the warranty and the spares
The warranty. Each LUXGEN purifier, the Royale Copper, the Aura and the Curve, carries a one-year manufacturer warranty, as stated on its product page. DraQua's listing spells out what that means: it covers manufacturing defects in the electrical and electronic parts, and it does not cover filters, the membrane or other consumables. To claim, contact ION INDIA LIMITED through the DraQua route below with the invoice and the product's serial number. If the unit needs to be looked at, that visit is arranged the same way as installation, through the network; the claim itself is handled by ION INDIA LIMITED, not by whoever installed the machine.
The spares. Every consumable the purifiers use is listed on this site with its specification and sold on DraQua at the listed price: three membranes, the 140 PSI pump, six sediment and carbon cartridges, two pre-filter housing kits. That is the availability promise, and it is the reason this site exists. Wear is not a warranty matter: a sediment cartridge brown at eight months on borewell water is doing its job, not failing, and a membrane killed by chlorine through a spent carbon cartridge is a maintenance miss, not a defect. The filter change schedule gives the rated life of each part. A part that fails well inside that life, with the cartridges changed on time, is a different matter, and the contact route below is where to raise it.
LUXGEN sells no annual maintenance contract. What a third-party AMC is worth against buying cartridges at the listed prices is worked out on the AMC guide.
What you handle yourself
Most of the life of an RO purifier is a cartridge swap, and it is yours. Close the inlet, release the pressure, unscrew the housing, drop the new cartridge in the same way up, screw back hand-tight plus a quarter turn, run the first litres to drain. Sediment every six to eight months on borewell water and up to twelve on municipal supply, carbon up to twelve, the membrane when the output TDS has roughly doubled from day one, typically at eighteen to twenty-four months. The service vs DIY guide sorts every job into yours or a technician's, and the replacement cost guide adds up what a year of doing it yourself costs at the listed prices.
Before asking for a visit, diagnose. Four pages on this site take the four things that go wrong, cheapest cause first: slow flow, bad taste, a leak and a tank that will not fill. Most of what they find is a ₹190 cartridge, and a visit for a ₹190 cartridge is the most expensive way to buy one.
What is not yours: the booster pump at ₹1,299, which is 24 V DC but wired to a mains adapter in a wet cabinet, the membrane vessel under pressure, and anything electrical. For those, ask for a technician through the contact route, buy the part at the listed price if one is needed, and pay for the visit.
How to get help: the DraQua route
There is one route, and it goes through DraQua.
- WhatsApp or call 8550838383. DraQua's contact page lists WhatsApp as the fastest route for product help, order status and installation guidance.
- Email info@draqua.online, which the same page says is answered within 24 hours.
- Product check and registration on DraQua's Verify page, which confirms the code on a product is genuine and registers it against your mobile number, so the purchase is on record before anything goes wrong.
Have three things ready: the order number, the product's SKU from its page here, and the symptom in one line, with the feed and output TDS readings if you have them and a photo if it is a leak. That is enough for DraQua to arrange the right thing, whether it is a part, a technician from the network, or a warranty claim. There is no separate LUXGEN number to look for; the number above is the number.

Questions
Does LUXGEN have its own service technicians?
No. LUXGEN employs no technicians and has no service centres. Installation and technician visits are arranged through a pan-India third-party service network, via DraQua's contact route: WhatsApp or call 8550838383, or email info@draqua.online. The person who comes works for that network, not for LUXGEN.
Is LUXGEN installation available where I live?
Installation is arranged, not local: LUXGEN has no presence in any city or town. Products ship across India from DraQua, and installation is arranged through a pan-India third-party network when you ask for it through the DraQua contact route. Whether a visit is charged, and how much, is told to you when it is arranged; this site does not quote it.
What does the LUXGEN warranty cover?
Each purifier carries a one-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects in its electrical and electronic parts; filters, the membrane and other consumables are not covered, as the DraQua listing states. Claims go through the DraQua contact route with the invoice and the product's serial number, and any inspection visit is arranged through the third-party network. A cartridge or membrane that wears out on schedule is not a warranty matter.
